We have 26 persons preparing for Saltshaker 2012 Kibimba Hospital Burundi mission trip.
We can take one trunk per person at no charge, or we could add a second trunk for $60 each if anyone would like to help pay for extra trunks/fees. Also, donations would be accepted to purchase items needed. Debby McElroy at Northridge is our donations and trunk-packing point person (staff@northridgefriends.org 316.838.7724).
We are aiming to have items at Northridge Friends in Wichita by June 10, but we also have team members leaving from Friendswood Friends and Chandler Friends with trunks to pack if it would be easier for you to take items there. If you would like to mail/ship any donations, please send to Saltshaker 2012, Northridge Friends Church, 2655 Bullinger, Wichita, KS 67204. If you would like to make a donation but you are unable to meet the June 10 deadline, please contact Debby as this may be accommodated before packing dates which will be soon after the 10th.
