Have you read Luke 10 recently? In this passage of scripture we read Jesus’ instructions to the 72 he sent out to share the “good news” with those who had not yet heard the gospel. In vs. 2 Jesus says, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” But, how do we know where we are to go? The following verses give us some clues.
As EFM continues to pursue our 5 year goal of launching 5 new mission fields in the next five years one of the critical decisions is “where”? You can play a part in helping us to answer that question. Perhaps you are not called to be a missionary, but you have a heart and passion to see the gospel proclaimed where needed most. Maybe God would have you join us during 2022 for one of our Luke 10 trips where we seek to answer the question, “God, where is it You would have us send missionaries to plant new fields?” The three countries EFC-MA is feeling led to consider are South Sudan, Tanzania and Mexico. If you have a heart for the world, and feel led to help us discern God’s will regarding these countries, we would love to have you join us for one of these Luke 10 trips.
