As you are probably aware, Janet Penna has completed her tenure with EFC-MAYM after over a decade of serving in two capacities at the Mid-America office. Janet has served continually as our bookkeeper, and on two separate occasions as our Office Manager. During Ministry Conference we recognized Janet’s contribution to our lives and our Yearly Meeting. She will be greatly missed.
Moving forward, Kristin Thompson, will be stepping into Janet’s role as the face of our EFC-MAYM office. Kristin recently retired from over 20 years of teaching in the public schools. During the month of August Janet has been training Kristin to fulfill the many responsibilities of Office Manager and Bookkeeper which she has carried for so long. Janet will continue to sign checks for the foreseeable future and be available as needed for consultation. We are grateful for Janet’s years of service and her commitment to following Jesus by serving us so well.
