The 2025 Jr High Bible Quiz season wrapped up on Saturday, April 26th with a first ever tournament held at Camp Quaker Haven. Northridge Friends Church hosted thirteen teams from seven churches who quizzed over Luke 1-12. The weather was stormy but that didn’t dampen the spirit of Bible Quiz! At the end of the day, Friendswood Blue took 1st place with Northridge Blue taking 2nd. Bethel finished in 3rd place and Hutchinson Red took 4th place. The other teams finished as follows:
5th – Hutchinson Blue, Argonia
6th – Northridge Red, Northridge White
7th – Friendswood Red, Haviland Blue
8th – Chandler Blue, Haviland Red
9th – Haviland White
In addition to the regular ribbons, some special awards are given out at the finals. All Star Medals are given to the four quizzers who have the highest average score in their top three quiz meets. The 2025 All-Star Quizzers are Kim Schroeder, Janay Wolters, Jude Hutson, and Luke Porterfield:
The Frazier Award is given to a student who shows excellence in quizzing, leadership, and Christian testimony. This year we were honored to grant this award to Luke Porterfield of Friendswood, Texas.
It was a beautiful conclusion to the 2025 Quiz Season! Looking forward to quizzing over the last half of Luke next year!
