Administrative and Family Ministries Director | Denver Friends Church, Rocky Mountain Yearly Meeting
Full-Time (40 hours per week) Denver Friends Church is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as our Administrative and Family Ministries Director. About the Role The Family Ministries portion of this role focuses on building relationships, providing support, and fostering a sense of community among children, teens, families, and volunteers. Rather than leading youth group directly, this position is about equipping and supporting leaders while helping to create a cohesive and thriving family ministry. Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone with:
✅ A deep personal faith in Christ and a heart for serving families.
✅ Experience in leadership, discipleship, or mentorship (whether in a church, ministry, or other setting).
✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills to support church operations.
✅ A passion for building community and equipping volunteers to thrive.
✅ Spanish language skills are a plus, or comfort with translation technology is appreciated.
If you have experience in either family ministry or administration—or both—and feel called to serve in a role that blends vision casting, leadership development, and practical church operations, we encourage you to apply!
